Submission Guidelines Submission Deadline: 23 December 2011 The Southern Quill welcomes submissions from Dixie State College students, as well as residents of Washington and Kane counties, Utah and Clark County, Nevada. Contributors may submit up to 5 poems, 3 works of visual art, and 1 short story (2,000 word limit). The subject line should read SUBMISSION, followed by your name. The message should also contain your phone number, mailing address, and email. Please also indicate whether you're a Dixie State student.
